Our workshop could provide compressor valve reconditioning service for any brand of piston or reciprocating compressor either air or process compressor. We have turning machines i.e. vertical CNC machine, CNC lathe that could make new parts in-house, lapping machine and optical test machine to ensure flatness. We perform pneumatic test with our pressure test rig on all recon valves. We could test valve for oxygen service to ensure no oil is left over with UV light and other test i.e. PT test if required.

Our staff are well trained and qualified to Cook Compression’s standard with quality system including reconditioning of compressor valve certified by UKAS and NAC to ISO 9001: 2015. Our workshop started compressor valve recondition service since 2000 and complete more than 5,000 valves so far.
