Leymas has been involved with valve business since 1992 before forming a JV with our foreign partner and spun off the valve business. Nowadays, Leymas use the knowledge and technicalities in valves from our rich experience to provide the service to our customers. Our service include:

• Re-pack old valves with Nippon Pillar EDP Emission Defense Packing to meet fugitive emission requirements

Valve recondition service

• We provide both high quality and cost-effective maintenance & test services for safety valves, manual valves
• We are able to service a variety of valve classes and sizes. Classes serviced include: gate, ball, butterfly, globe, check, needle, plug, control, gear, and actuator. Our classes range from ANSI 150 to ANSI 2500, while our sizes range from as small as ½” up to 40” in diameter.
• We provide on-site repairs using Mobile Field Machining along with in-line portable machining equipment
• All valves we repair are strictly tested to adhere to international safety standards. Manual Valve: API 598 Pressure Relief Valve: API 527
